About Us

We’re in Your Corner

Hilborn and Konduros strives to provide the best outcomes for their clients. That means efficiently securing you the money you deserve for your injury, or wrongful dismissal, or when your insurer wrongly terminates your short or long term disability benefits. If you are purchasing or selling a house or a business, we will make sure your transaction closes smoothly and economically.

Whether your injury involves chronic pain, fibromyalgia, spinal injury, broken bones, torn ligaments, neck and back pain or other ailments, we have the experience to bring your claim to a successful conclusion. We don’t get paid unless you do. We do not charge money up front.

If your employer is constructively dismissing you by making your work environment intolerable, or has wrongfully dismissed you by terminating your employment without notice or cause, for economic reasons or restructuring, or has alleged cause for dismissal when no cause really exists but has failed to pay you in lieu of notice, we will be there to make sure you are paid the money they must pay you by law, whether your employer is large or small. We frequently litigate against the biggest companies in Canada. We only get paid when you do. We do not charge money up front.

If your insurer has denied you the benefits you are entitled to, we will be there to get those benefits for you, whether you are dealing with State Farm, Intact, Echelon, Economical, Wawanesa, Great West Life, Manulife, Sun Life, RBC Insurance, Desjardins or any of the many insurance companies operating in Ontario. We will not get paid until you do. We do not charge money up front.

If you are remortgaging, refinancing, selling a house or buying one, we have the real estate practice infrastructure necessary to service you, and we can make sure your purchase or sale of a business is successfully completed. We can also handle all of your will, power of attorney and estate needs. Our mission is to make you happy.
